Art Therapy Class - Empowering Through the Arts

Join Empowering Epilepsy's monthly Art Therapy Program that will allow you to illustrate your artistic flare and discover what you can do while living with epilepsy.

Art Therapy is engeging in the creation of art, facilittated by a registered art therapist to help with physical and emotional healing and expression. It allows inner feelings to take a visual form, and can help with pain management, anxiety, and self-esteem.
