Kids and Epilepsy Talk with Dr. Chelsea Weyand

Meet other Kids and their families who are living with epilepsy. Learn strategies to better manage your seizures, and make new friends.

During the first hour, enjoy a Q & A Session with Chelsea Weyand, PsyD, ABPP, Pediatric Psychologist from Akron Children's Hospital. Ask her any general questions about epilepsy and seizures. 

During the second hour, enjoy talk time with other kids who are living with epilepsy. Realize you are not alone, and share strategies that have helped to empower your life.

We will read a story about epilepsy during that time to help the kids learn more about their epilepsy diagnosis, and help them realize other kids are also living with seizures.
